[0:10] Uh I'm Robert Shell and I'm here to give a testimonial on my experience with Laporta Roofing. To be honest with you, it's been awesome. I'm hard to please and they exceeded my expectations more than I expected. So I volunteered to do this. I wrote a review which I've never done in my life because I was so impressed with the job really from the beginning all the way to the end.
[0:34] I first heard Tom on a commercial on Fox News and for the first time in my life it spoke to me. It said exactly what I wanted to hear. I didn't believe it but I called, which I had never done before either. And lo and behold everything that they said was true.
[0:57] To be honest with you it was his personality. He was very friendly. He and I got along right off the bat. He likes to joke, so do I. A lot of people can't take my personality, he could handle it very well. I asked a lot of questions, he answered them and if he didn't know it he got right back to me.
[1:16] He had a sample contract. I went through the sample contract, he went line by line by line so I knew exactly what I was looking at. And then they went back, did the assessment, and then he came back to my house. We sat down, went over it. I signed the contract and the work began.
[1:39] One thing that I've noticed with all my neighbors is there was always big delays between removal and replacing. In my case, once the work started it did not finish. So every day somebody was here, which impressed me. Everybody was on time. They told me what time they would be here, they were here, and the whole process was done almost overnight.
[2:02] And the one thing I did not expect is they would clean up everything as if they had never been here. And if they were going to leave a piece of equipment they told me about it and then they cleaned it up as soon as they said they would.
[2:16] I would absolutely recommend Laporta Roofing and I don't do that very often. My experience was second to none and I don't doubt it would be the same for everybody else quite frankly. And you're going to feel like a part of the family for a very short period of time and that was important to me. That's how I ran my businesses and it's the right way to run a business.
